elBulli Margarita, 2005 (via migueld)
El Bulli’s “general catalog” has a pretty impressive retrospective of the high concept cocktails they’ve created over the years. I’m pleased to note that one of drinks featured is similar to an El Bulli-inspired idea I tried myself (somewhat ham-handedly) a few years ago: sangria with apple caviar.
